The project located in Stouffville, Ontario. The owner is Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA). Fordes Engineering was retained as prime consultant to design, tender, and inspect the project. The works included concrete and emergency spillway, box culvert repairs design for cracked concrete treatment design and emergency spillway erosion protection with rip rap design.
The house foundation was damaged and deformed by the frost ground around the house in winter. The problem leads to many of the safety and stability issues with the house.
